How claims work

Step 1 — Submit

Enter your ticket number and describe the issue that came back.

Step 2 — Review

We confirm whether your repair is still within the warranty window.

Step 3 — Resolve

Return the device to our bench. If eligible, we re-repair at no charge. If the rework fails or the same fault returns again, you may choose a replacement or refund.
