Pricing & Payment
Yes. We provide component-level GPU repair in Lebanon, including no-display, artifacting, and overheating faults. You can see our dedicated service page here: GPU Repair in Lebanon.
Pricing depends on the device and the fault. GPU repairs start at $60, motherboard repairs at $75, laptop repairs at $45, and data recovery at $60. Car ECU and miscellaneous device repairs are quoted individually after diagnosis. We always give you a quote before any paid work begins.
Diagnosis is free for most devices when you proceed with the repair. If we diagnose your device and you decide not to repair it, a $20 diagnostic fee applies. We will tell you before we begin.
We accept cash (USD and LBP at a fixed rate of 90,000 LBP per 1 USD) and bank transfer. Card payments are not currently available. Payment is collected upon pickup of the repaired device. For mail-in jobs we can arrange payment before shipping the device back.
If we cannot repair your device, you pay nothing for the repair attempt. Exceptions (disclosed and agreed upfront): high-risk repair attempts where parts are consumed but the fix fails; partial data recovery charged at a reduced agreed rate. See Terms — No Fix, No Fee.
Yes. All market parts include a 60-day guarantee. Dead-on-arrival or failure under normal use within 60 days qualifies for a refund, replacement, or store credit. See Terms — Parts & Market.
Yes. Silver members (250+ pts) get 5% off repairs. Gold members (600+ pts) get 10% off plus free diagnosis. Platinum members (1200+ pts) get 15% off, priority service, and free diagnosis. Create a free account and start earning from your first repair.
Repair Process
Most repairs are completed within 1–5 business days. Simple repairs (screen replacements, thermal repaste, port soldering) are often same-day or next-day. Complex board-level work, VRAM replacement, or jobs requiring sourced components can take longer. We'll give you an estimate after diagnosis.
Use the Track Repair link in the navigation bar and enter your ticket number (starts with TLL-). Public tracking is ticket-only. If you are signed in, your linked repairs also appear in your account dashboard automatically.
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours: Mon–Fri 11am–7pm, Sat 11am–5pm (Sunday closed). Our shop is in Rmeileh, Lebanon - not Beirut city. Booking ahead is recommended for complex repairs. Use our online booking form or WhatsApp.
We'll contact you, explain what we found, and return your device in the same condition we received it - at no charge. We'll also advise whether it makes economic sense to attempt further repair or to replace the device.
Warranty
Our 60-day warranty covers the specific fault we repaired. If the same issue returns within 60 days, return the device to our bench for a free rework. If the rework is unsuccessful or the same covered fault returns again, you may choose a replacement (where applicable) or a refund of the original repair fee. Warranty re-repairs receive a fresh 30-day warranty on that rework. It does not cover new faults, physical damage, liquid exposure, or issues after the device is opened by a third party. Yes, the 60-day warranty applies to all repairs including mail-in. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, return the device to our bench for a free rework. We cover return shipping within Lebanon for covered warranty claims.
The warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by a third party after our repair, or if new physical damage, liquid damage, or modifications occur. We'll inspect the device on return to confirm it matches the condition we released it in.
Mail-In Service
1. Fill out our contact form or WhatsApp us describing the fault.
2. We confirm we can repair it and give you the shipping address.
3. Pack your device securely and ship it to us.
4. We diagnose, quote, and repair on approval.
5. We ship it back once payment is confirmed.
You are responsible for shipping the device to us. We cover return shipping within Lebanon. For international mail-in, return shipping cost is added to the invoice and agreed upfront.
Use the original box if available. Otherwise, wrap the device in anti-static bubble wrap, place it in a snug box with padding on all sides, and mark the outer box FRAGILE - ELECTRONICS. For GPUs, always ship without the retention bracket attached.
Data & Privacy
We treat your data as strictly confidential. We only access the operating system if it is necessary for the repair (e.g., driver installation or testing). We recommend backing up your data before any repair, not because we tamper with it, but because hardware repairs always carry a small risk of data loss.
We store only what's necessary to manage your repair (name, contact info, device details) in our secure system. We do not sell your personal information. Limited sharing occurs only with service providers needed to run the site (e.g. hosting/auth) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're welcome to remove storage drives if it gives you peace of mind - this won't affect most board-level repairs. Just let us know when dropping off or shipping so we don't go looking for a missing drive. For data recovery jobs, the drive is obviously required.
