Yes. A no-POST motherboard is one of the most common faults we diagnose. Causes include failed power delivery components (VRMs, capacitors, MOSFETs), shorted rails, failed chipset or CPU socket pins, BIOS corruption, and cold solder joints. We use oscilloscopes and board-level test equipment to isolate the fault before any paid repair begins.
Yes. We repair both desktop and laptop motherboards. Laptop boards are typically more complex due to integrated GPU, memory, and power delivery on a single small PCB, but we handle these regularly. Common laptop motherboard faults include liquid damage, failed charging circuits, shorted power rails, and BGA chip failures.
Yes. We accept mail-in motherboard repairs from Beirut, Tripoli, Sidon, Jounieh, and all other regions. Pack the board in an anti-static bag with adequate padding. We diagnose and send you a quote before any paid work begins. Return shipping within Lebanon is covered after repair and payment.
We use a Hantek DSO2D15 oscilloscope for signal tracing, a bench power supply with current limiting for short-circuit isolation, a hot-air rework station (Atten ST862-D) for BGA work, and a multimeter for component-level resistance and voltage checks. This allows us to identify faults that generic repair shops miss.
Most motherboard repairs are completed within 3–6 business days. Jobs involving BGA rework or sourced components such as chipset or VRM parts may take longer. We provide an estimated timeline with every quote before work begins.
